
Shish kabob and Shrimp Tempura
I was really wanting to make my own shrimp tempura lately because it costs too much to buy at the store already made. I had some shrimp that I had froze when I bought it on sale at the grocery store that was still very fresh. I finally found a big bag of tempura mix so all I had to do was batter the shrimp. Now I wasn’t going to eat the shrimp alone like that and I didn’t want to make Ramen at that time so I decided on some meat and vegatable shishkabobs. Here are some pictures. I skipped the oil cooking part because it would have splatterd all over my camera.
